DEAR FOUNDATION

We have established a unique Charitable Company viz. Disabled’s Economic Advancement & Rehabilitation Foundation (DEAR Foundation) to create Vocational Training, Employment & Self-Employment and other Welfare Services for a large number of disabled persons along with Women in distress, Aged persons & Slow Learners.

This Company would set up a Vocational-cum- Management Training Institute along with a Factory-type Rehabilitation Centre at MIDC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai for the benefit of around 4000 disabled persons. This company would manufacture and market various products under its own brand name and undertake various Labour Contracts with a view to employing maximum number of disabled persons.

Once this pilot project is set up successfully, we would train, guide and support local NGOs/Institutions, etc. from all over the Country to set up similar Factory-type Employment projects for the disabled.

We seek the valuable support of Corporates & other Business Establishments, Businessmen, Public Trusts, Philanthropists, Individual Donors, etc. in the form of their generous donations/grants to set up the above projects as well as their valuable orders for the various products & services which can be made/ provided by the disabled.
